
Recognized throughout the Arab world for her refined, warm, and melodious voice, she was discovered through the great poetic works of poet Mufdi Zakaria, author of the masterpiece "Al-Yada Al-Jazair" (The Algerian State), poets Azzedine Mihoubi, poet Belkacem Khammar, Slimane Djouadi, and Omar Barnawi. Audiences discovered her talent through her first steps on stage in the historical epic "Algeria," presented in 1994 at the Oval Hall in the presence of former President Liamine Zeroual and a large gathering of Algerian and foreign dignitaries from the diplomatic corps. She played the heroine "Algeria," and distinguished herself with her distinctive performance, singing no fewer than 600 verses distributed across 54 songs.
